Marketing Plan

Every property is different, which means the details of each marketing plan will vary.  

What has remained consistent is that 91% of consumers begin their home search online which means most of the marketing efforts will focus around drawing people in for a physical showing with a strong online presence. 

Professional photography and staging consultations will take place prior to listing your house. Once those are completed, your property will be listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  By using the MLS, other local Realtors will have access to the home in their buyer's searches and your listing will be syndicated to 150 websites for online home searches including Zillow, Realtor, and Trulia to get the highest consumer exposure.  Your home will also be featured on our social media platforms and you will be given high quality links to share on your social profiles as well!


Coordinating a Listing

Two of the most common concerns for home sellers is the inconvenience of strangers in their home and the process of finding a new home.

My team and I will coordinate showings with you in a time-frame that you agree upon.  We also use an electronic key box to monitor when a buyer's agent arrive with their qualified clients and leave for security purposes.  

I'm also an expert at finding and creating opportunities for sellers who need to find their next home in a strong seller's market.  Some homes available for sale are never advertised.  Using my industry knowledge and referral network I will find houses on and off the market that meet your needs.

Once your property is under contact we will guide you through the home sale process and work closely with the buyer's agent to get the transaction to the closing table and you on to your next home adventure.
